The P8A300 Vacuum Lifter is a specific lifter for handling ceramic slabs up to 300kg.

Power supply

The lifter is powered by compressed air. For functioning, it only needs to be connected to an air compressor.

Movements

This model allows the tilting of ceramic slabs from horizontal to vertical position and viceversa. The tilting is performed by a pneumatic cylinder and is controlled via joystick, thus ensuring a smooth sloping of the slab and preserves its integrity.

Frame

The vacuum lifter for porcelain is equipped with 8 suction pads, distributed on four arms, to provide stability and support to the load. The round suction pads can be easily moved along the arms to adapt its spread to the sizes of the slab. Moreover, it is also possible to shut off each suction pads from the vacuum circuit. BEWARE: reducing the number of active suction pads will automatically reduce the maximum lifting capacity.

Safety

The vacuum lifter is equipped with an audiovisual alarm unit that alerts the operator in case of any dangerous situation. The vacuum gauge with colored scale allows constant monitoring of the vacuum level reached. To protect the vacuum circuit, there is also a filtering system for dust and condensation.
