The Vacuum Lifter for metal sheet F20EB 5000 is the ideal model for handling big and Jumbo metal sheets up to 5500kg.

Power supply

F20EB 5500 is equipped with a choice of electric power supply between 400V three-phase or 220V single-phase. The Vacuum Lifters with electric power supply are the ideal solution for use on overhead cranes or other lifting means, where it is difficult to prepare the pneumatic connection.

Movements

This model has a horizontal fixed structure.

Lifter frame

This model features 20 suction pads with a diameter of 390 mm, distributed over five arms.The suction plates are made of special vulcanized rubber for guaranteeing a firm hold also on greasy sheets. Moreover, thanks to their spring support, they allow the compensation of the non-planarity of the load.

The length of the frame is established at the customer’s request.

Safety

The load suction and release are managed via the dual-action off command. The on-board vacuum gauge allow the operator to easily monitor the level of vacuum in the circuit.

In case of anomalies, the audio-visual alarms will promptly inform the operator.
