The M3A series features a range of 3-pads vacuum lifters with a lifting capacity ranging from 375 kg to 2000 kg.
The M3A series is powered by compressed air.
The tilting system is manually operated and allows vertical – horizontal movement and viceversa.
The maximum lifting capacity of the M3A vacuum lifter is at the customer’s discretion and can range from 375kg to 2000kg. Depending on the chosen capacity, the size of the three suction pads also changes.
M3A allows the user flexibility in working. For one thing, the two side suction pads are repositionable (X-Y axis) along the central beam. In addition, by simply shutting off the dedicated tap(s), it is possible to use only the central suction cup for lifting small pieces or the two side pads for handling slabs such as kitchen countertops.
The vacuum lifter is equipped with an audiovisual alarm unit that alerts the operator in case of any dangerous situation. The vacuum gauge with colored scale allows constant monitoring of the vacuum level reached. To protect the vacuum circuit, there is also a filtering system for dust and condensation.
