Righetti Sollevamenti wanted to design its vacuum lifters precisely to ensure these two aspects. Immediate suction of the load comes thanks to the capacious vacuum precharge tanks, wide hose passages and fittings, a suction system designed specifically for glass vacuum lifters that must keep the grip on the load vertically.
The vacuum is prepared already when the lifter is switched on, fully precharging the vacuum tanks and ensuring constant vacuum, with a top level charge at all times. When the vacuum is activated, there is no need to wait for the vacuum to be created, but the vacuum instantly enters the circuit, reaches the suction pads immediately and ensures fast and safe gripping.
To further facilitate the process, the lifters are equipped with jointed plates, which, thanks to the internal joint mechanism, are able to adapt to the inclination of the glass sheets, making it easier to grip.
